PARTICIPANTS	All USA Developmental and FIG Categories and ages, no limit of participants per team! Overseas Participants – refer to the USA Gymnastics website: www.usagym.org: Rhythmic Gymnastics/Developmental Coaches and Judges Handbook. We will accommodate requests for apparatus by choice for foreign athletes.

ENTRY FEES*	Level 3 – $100.00 Level 4 – $100.00 Level 5 – $160.00 Level 6 – $160.00 Level 7 – $175.00 Level 8 – $175.00 Level 9 – $190 Level 10 – $190 Xcel $50 per routine No refunds will be issued, Registration will be closed once we reach our full capacity

REGISTRATION	Register on the KSIS platform. The sooner we have the updated roster the sooner we will be able to finalize the schedule and you will be able to make plans on how to turn this trip into the best ever – Vegas has so much to offer! Level 6-7-8 Forms: Upload on KSIS platform before March 31st, 2022 Late Fee/Form Changes $30.00 per athlete.
MUSIC	Upload your MP3 files on KSIS platform by March 8th, 2022 Please make sure to use the following file naming convention for the music: Club Name – Athlete Name First and Last – Level – Apparatus Example: EUR – Chiara Ruggieri – Level 10 Senior – Ball.mp3 Note: Coaches are asked to have a CD copy available as a back-up.

TRAVEL INFORMATION	Teams are responsible for their own travel arrangements and cost. Ground transportation tip – when booking your airfare, look into package deals – airfare + Car or visit hotwire for great rental car deals. Uber/Lyft accessible.
ACCOMMODATION	Teams are financially responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Because of the Covid-19 situation, there will be no host hotel assigned – we respect the individual accommodation decisions teams and families will make.
